I am pleased to announce that Volume 2 of my “Essential Knowledge” mixtape is finally available as a free download and limited edition cassette (only 100 made). This music will not be available on any other major streaming platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc).

Essential Knowledge Volume 2 continues where volume 1 left off – with a special twist – I teamed up with the legendary “DJ Grazzhoppa” to complete the tape. First I sent him Volume 1 and explained the concept. After he agreed to team up with me on it, I ended up sending him a folder of beats that he turned into an hour mix (blended live). After hearing it and giving the green light he went in and did most of the remixes you hear (live and on vinyl). To wrap it up I ended up taking the recordings he did and put in some extra skits, extra remixes, extra FX, etc. What you get is a seamless blend of beats, remixes, skits, scratch routines, and more. I also worked with the same artist (Barf Comics / James Callahan) and graphic designer (WeztMaad / Jesus Nefario) from Volume 1 to bring the package to life. To me, this is my best (at least my favorite) attempt at a project like this – I believe it’s a true successor to Volume 1 and I can’t wait to hear what you all think.
